Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your manicure, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Holo Taco purchase, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our products, items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that limited edition collections and digital gift cards are final sale.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our Customer Experience team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include your RMA form. Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the cost of return shipping.
